Job Descriptions :

The Business Acquisition Officer role focuses on managing the revenue/sales target in an assigned territory of a branch team. The BAO's performance is measured on their ability to sell WEB PACK of multiple principal companies or individuals. The BAO has to work closely with the assigned Inside Sales Specialist and cover all the target customers of the territory.

The BAO role involves direct sales engagements with customers and involves cross group collaboration with a number of principal vendors and internal resources including members of Product Manager, Branch Manager, Inside Sales Specialists and the principal vendor team. The BAO needs to leverage the entire virtual team in their mission to accomplish the sales revenue target.

Key Responsibilities :

• 0-2 years of field sales experience (preferably from an IT industry background). 
• Prospect and develop new customers who need Web Development services.
• Prospect and up-sell/cross-sell/new business opportunities to existing customers.
• Manage the overall sales process for Sales opportunities, from qualification through closing.
• Maintain a consistent and accurate account information and sales lead pipeline.
• Build credibility of the organization as a good IT vendor/partner with the customers. 
• Understand and articulate the company's value proposition with customers.
• Periodically update your knowledge of the vendor products in your specialization and complete sales certifications.
• Work closely as a team and cover all target customers in the assigned territory.
• Update CRM daily and capture customer information (both infrastructure and contact information) and daily calls.

• Preference will be given to candidates having prior exposure of working in a IT services organization.
• Excellent Oral Communication & Written Skills
• Ability to act quickly and work under pressure
